Mobile World Congress 2013 is just filled with surprises everywhere – so much so that HP finally announces their first Android tablet known as the HP Slate 7. This will be another budget tablet with a price tag of just $169. According to sources, the Slate 7 is expected to go on sale in the U.S. during mid-April 2013.
